Kolourful Unique respects your privacy and allows you complete control of your information. We share none of your information with anyone for any reason.}

_{Confidentiality
Everything that is discussed during a lesson or session is subject to mandatory confidentiality, unless there is a legal duty to disclose. For consultation with third parties in the interest of the client, permission is always requested from the parents. For children under the age of 16, if applicable, both authoritative parents must agree to the guidance. The signatory or authoritative parent must ensure that the other authoritative parent is informed about the guidance and gives permission for this and agrees that, if the other parent objects in any way to the guidance or otherwise, he/she will take the consequences. Kolourful Unique cannot be held responsible for this.}

_{Observation and reporting
At the request of parents we can visit the school or other for observation and/or reporting. The time spent is recorded and invoiced. At the request of parents this report can be sent to third parties.}

_{Liability:
All advice given within the guidance is solution and results-oriented, without guaranteeing the solution and the result. Kolourful Unique can never be held liable for direct or indirect damage or injury resulting from, or in connection with the services offered by Kolourful Unique, unless there is intent or gross negligence on the part of Kolourful Unique. Reimbursement to the client and/or parents can never exceed the covering compensation according to the liability insurance of Kolourful Unique. For physical and/or psychological complaints of the client, Kolourful Unique advises to always contact your doctor.}

_{Suspension, dissolution and interim termination of the agreement:}

_{- Kolourful Unique is entitled to suspend the fulfilment of their obligations or to dissolve the agreement if the client and/or the parents do not, completely or not timely fulfil their obligations from the agreement.}

_{- Kolourful Unique is authorized to dissolve the agreement should circumstances arise which are of such a nature that fulfilment of the agreement is impossible, or if other circumstances arise which are of such a nature that the unaltered maintenance of the agreement cannot reasonably be continued by Kolourful Unique.}

_{- If the agreement is dissolved, any claims outstanding from Kolourful Unique on the parents are immediately due and payable.}
